Concrete pump is a high-tech product incorporated with international
advanced technology and our experiences in design, production and
maintenance service. With excellent technical performance, high
standard configuration and high reliability, the product is widely
applied in works of highway, building, water and electric projects,
producing excellent economic efficiency and social effects, as an
ideal concrete conveying equipment.

We produce different types of concrete mixers with wide range of
productiviry - from ordinary ones for "home" or small constraction
use to mighty machines with a high proguction capacity. For example,
we have concrete mixer with double horizontal shaft. Combining
advantages of single unit stand-alone operation and simple concrete
batching plant, the unit can work in concrete mixing station for
prefabricated-component factories of various sizes and construction
of highway, bridge, water conservation and dock,etc. It can mix no-slump
concrete, plastic concrete, liquefied concrete, lightweight aggregate
concrete and various mortar,as a widely used high efficiency model.

The double level axes enforced mixer what suits all kinds of middle
or small pre-cast factory & road, bridge, waterworks, ports, etc,
industrial and civilian construction engineering, to mix dry tough,
plastic, fluid, light aggregate concrete or sand slurry.

The product can be customized upon user's requests. Our products
are reasonable in structure, novel in layout and convenient in
operation and maintenance.

We offer new type concrete batching machine designed for building, road,
bridge construction works. The batching machine can be applied to concrete
mixers of 2000 liters or less in discharge capacity for direct receiving
from the lifting hopper of mixer or from belt conveyer. Weight controller
and sensors are incorporated in the weighing system for material weighing,
batching and controlling, and can automatically modify falling head.
The unit is reasonable in layout compact in size, easy and simple in
operation, precise in batching and reliable in control.

We produce concrete mixing delivery drums/trucks with different power
and capacity which suits all kinds pre-cast factory & road bridge,
waterworks, ports, etc, industrial and civilian construction engineering,
to mix dry tough, plastic, fluid, light aggregate concrete or sand slurry.

It is an ideal machine for quick and more effective placing of
concrete in different site. The machine is fully hydraulic driven
and can turn in 360 degree. We use imported balance valves from
Oil control in Italy, and the solenoid directional valves are from
Rexroth in Germany. The main electric components are from Omron and Schneider.
We offer two types of control: radio remote control and cable remote control;
two access options: access through the lift shaft or the hole on the floor,
and two models: stationary and mobile.

Modular concrete mixing plant is a kind of featured product in our
company. It is used at the large construction site of roads, bridges,
dams, airports and harbors and at great concrete demand sites, such
as a commercial concrete center in a city. The facilities could be
customized for various needs.
