Beta-carotene - is a carotinoid yellow food colorant which is also a provitamin A and has the properties of antioxidant. The product is easy to use, has good manufacturability, does not essentially influence the cost price and contribute the product quality.

Beta Carotene is widely used as a food colorant in different branches of industry (especially at the production of drinks, pharmaceutical and confectionary industry, etc), because of its ability to give intensive color from light-yellow to bright-orange tints while applying small quantity of the product.
